Same Name...

I have friends with the same chinese name as mi but, I came across 1 customer with the same spelling of my english name. Was kinda stunned and wondering why my customer service addressed 'WT' in an email.


Further reading then I realised she was addressing customer in response to the latter's email.

It was as if I'm reading my own reply. Lol...
